Hey Y'all-
So I'm getting ready for bed this evening and since it's the summer i'd like to mix it up a bit for "funzies", also since I no longer have a room mate for a couple of months. Always a PLUS! So this is what I hope to be doing before bed every evening of this summer:
*floss my teeth
*meditate (for AT LEAST 5 minutes)
*wash my face
*reflect on one happy highlight from the day and write it down in a journal
*read a chapter of a book
*fall asleep listening to Italian
I shall start on Monday evening, also when I start my eating healthy plan. Although I might start that plan tomorrow... Sweet Dreams.
